Return Policy for Zenhato

At Zenhato, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to help you with a return or exchange. Please read our return policy carefully to understand the process and eligibility requirements.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • All tags and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item.
  • The return request must be made within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Items that are personalized, custom-made, or final sale (clearly marked as such on the product page) cannot be returned.

Please Note: We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet these conditions.


2. How to Return an Item

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Initiate the Return

  • Contact our customer service team at info@zenhato.com or call (570) 922-1003 to request a return authorization.
  • Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product.

Step 2: Package the Return

  • Carefully package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Ensure that the RMA number is visible on the outside of the package.

Step 3: Ship the Return

  • Ship the return item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return arrives safely. Zenhato is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.
  • Refund Amount: Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) returned, minus any shipping fees that were charged at the time of purchase, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged goods).
  • Restocking Fee: In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, especially for items that are returned without original packaging or are used.

Please note: Depending on your payment provider, the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account (typically 5-10 business days).


4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, you can do so by following the return process outlined above. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund and ask you to place a new order for the desired product.

Please contact customer service before returning the item to ensure the product you want to exchange is in stock.


5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team immediately at info@zenhato.com. We will assist you with a return or exchange and cover the cost of return shipping.

To process a return for defective or incorrect items, please provide:

  • A clear photo of the defect or error in the item.
  • Your order number and a description of the issue.

We will issue a full refund or replacement, including all associated shipping costs, once the defective or incorrect item is returned.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products that are made to your specifications.
  • Final sale items: Any products marked as “final sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for returns.
  • Gift cards or any other form of store credit.

7. Late Returns

We understand that life happens, but we encourage you to return your items as soon as possible. Returns that are made after the 30-day window will not be accepted.
